Summer Solstice:visiting Lily garden

The Summer Solstice is 10th of traditional 24 solar terms,begins on June 21 and ends on July 6.The daylight lasts the longest for the whole year on summer solstice itself.After this day,daylight hours get shorter and temperatures become higher.People visit Lily planting base in Weixi on the Summer Solstice.

Recently,miles of Lily are blooming very well at Sanjia village,Yongchun township of Weixi county ,Diqing Tibetan Autonomous prefecture.Visitors come from other villages or townships  to enjoy the longest daylight at Lily planting base in Weixi.Pictures show local people who wearing traditional Naxi costum take photos with families at Lily garden.(photo/Zhang yan )
