Pictures posted on a live report today by Diqing Daily show disaster-relief efforts by local folks, police officers, officials and others have already kicked off in flood-hit areas in northwest Yunnan’s Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture.
Great amount of water discharged from an upstream barrier lake flooded some Jinsha river-side villages in Diqing from yesterday to the small hours this morning.
