Affected by the south trough, heavy snow fell in Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture on December 18.  It’s the 1st of its kind that came to Diqing this winter.

Diqing Meteorological Observatory issued a blizzard warning at 14:35, predicting snow storms in some high-altitude areas.

The ensuing snowfall in the afternoon turned the entire Shangri-La area into a land of wonders.
