
Supports of the 786-meter Yongfeng Bridge were built up on the Zhaotong-Jinyang section of Duyun-Shangri-La freeway in northeast Yunnan' Zhaotong City on January 8. Passing through Zhaoyang District and the counties of Ludian and Qiaojia, the 97-kilometer Zhaotong-Jinyang section cost an estimated investment of 18.692 billion yuan.

Numbered G7611 in China National Highway Network Plan (2013-2030), the Duyun-Shangri-La freeway will form a west-east short cut in northwest Yunnan, south Sichuan, northeast Yunnan and south Guizhou. And it is also a feeder of the G76 Xiamen-Chengdu expressway.
