The Tuoding Bridge over the Jinsha River section in Diqing reopened to traffic on January 28 after rebuilding.

The bridge was seriously damaged and traffic was interrupted November 14, 2018 due to flood discharged from an upstream barrier lake.

Relevant departments in Deqin County, Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, kicked off the rebuilding works shortly after the flood.
