Various merry-making activities were held across Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture to celebrate the Chinese Lunar New Year during the week-long Spring Festival holiday.

On February 8, the Tibetan, Naxi, Miao and Yi ethnic folks in Jinjiang Town of Shangri-La City in Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, held outdoor dance and art performances to celebrate the Chinese Lunar New Year.
