Now Yunnan has the biggest bullet train maintenance center in SW China

Upgrading of the bullet train maintenance and repair center in Kunming, Yunnan province, was completed on May 9, after 7 months of hard work.
With 10 repair lines and 58 storage lines, the upgraded Kunming bullet train maintenance center is the biggest of its kind in Southwest China.

Behind the upgrade is the soaring high-speed rail mileage in Yunnan, as well as the province’s role to be the pivot of China’s opening up to south Asia and southeast Asia.
