Shangri-La Customs of the People's Republic of China was established on September 24, according to Kunming Customs.

The new customs office in northwest Yunnan aims to facilitate Diqing specialties’ entry into the international market, while pushing ahead upgrade of local industries and contributing to the brand of the “World’s Shangri-La”.

Shangri-La Customs is affiliated with Kunming Customs and it was approved in December 2018.
