Certain bus services in downtown Kunming were resumed on February 22, following a notice issued by local authorities.

Given the unfinished COVID-19 epidemic, stringent measures are still in force: All passengers are shall wear masks and scan a QR code to have their rides recorded. For the seniors who do not use a smart phone to scan the code, the conductor has to write down their name, ID and phone numbers.

Also, a limited number of buses run on major lines and they only stop at chosen stations. Reporting by Zhang Tong (Yunnan Net); trans-editing by Wang Shixue
