By holistic tourism we mean to systematically plan, build and develop tourism in a region by considering it as a whole, so as to realize full coverage of public services for tourists and tourism regulation.

4. Improve tourism efficiency and products quality. 

5. More integration between tourism and other sectors. 

6. Turn exclusive business running to engagement and fruits sharing with the society.

7. Tourism order keeping extends from scenic spots to the whole region. 

8. More coordinated work among tourism departments and the government.

9. Transit from limited international tourists reception and cooperation within scenic areas to full and multi-level experience and communications with international tourists in the whole region.
